When I believed my upper leg pain was caused solely by my knee, Dr. Ames immediately ordered X-rays and discovered that I also had a bad hip—his attention to detail ensured nothing was overlooked. Thanks to his skill and careful planning, I was off my walker within a week and walking without a cane in just two weeks. My scar is minimal, and aside from the second day after surgery, my pain was surprisingly low. What impressed me most was how seamlessly he coordinated every aspect of my recovery—physical therapy, home health, and nursing support—so I never felt alone in the process. Dr. Ames truly combines surgical expertise with genuine care, and I am deeply grateful for the outstanding treatment I received.
