Southwoods is proud to announce Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services are now available in Boardman and Youngstown. These services currently include physical and occupational therapies provided by board-certified therapists. The Boardman location is on Southwoods’ Main Campus at 250 DeBartolo Place, Suite 1100. The Youngstown location is 1335 Belmont Avenue.
